Furniture Shipping Options

Furniture and select large décor, such as mirrors and area rugs, are available with your choice of shipping methods.

White Glove In-Home Delivery

Leave the work to us! Our White Glove delivery service includes bringing your new addition home, getting it set up and hauling the packaging away. Up to a certain number of items are included in your delivery fee. For orders with more items, additional delivery fees will apply. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Threshold Delivery

Don’t need quite as much help? Our Threshold delivery service will bring your furniture to the area directly inside your front door but leaves the assembly and packaging disposal in your capable hands. Up to a certain number of items are included in your delivery fee. For orders with more items, additional delivery fees will apply. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery teams will not move any existing furniture. If you live in a condo or apartment, don’t forget to book the elevator during your delivery time window. No elevator? Furniture can be carried up to a maximum of two floors to the area directly inside your front door, unless unsafe to do so, or if the item is too large to fit through the stairwell. Décor Shipping Options

Most small home décor items are available to ship. Large or heavy home décor items will require delivery or warehouse pickup.

Ship to Store

Skip the delivery fees and pick your new décor up. This free shipping option is available for small décor. Due to size and weight restrictions, we are unable to ship furniture and some larger accent pieces to stores. Orders not picked up within a certain period will be cancelled and refunded to the customer in the form of an electronic gift card. Visit our Ship to Store Page for more information.

Courier

Too far from your favourite store? No problem! Choose courier delivery at checkout to have your décor order brought straight to your doorstep. Courier fees will be calculated at checkout based on your order total and address. Please note: due to courier size restrictions, some items may not be eligible for this delivery method. To ensure successful delivery, our courier partners require your signature upon delivery. For any changes to your delivery, please contact us. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within a few days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. For furniture orders, our delivery team will contact you to coordinate a delivery window that works for you. Please ensure your contact information is up to date to avoid any delays. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order status by logging into your account.
